What is the most exciting part of your role?
That every day is different! I love getting to work with so many great people and drive change across a company that's continually transforming.

What has wowed you during your time at 外国美女色情片?
The great work our DEI team do, and especially the changes we've made for our Parents and Carers in terms of new policies (baby loss and paternity leave) which make a real difference to people.

Dentsu offers a lot of opportunities and flexibility to grow and develop. I'm always delighted at how open others are to have a chat about their career paths and share their own stories.

Have you been part of any training offered at 外国美女色情片?
I have taken part in some of the Leadership training opportunities and I'm just about to embark on our Path of Tabei programme which is for future leaders.

Have you moved roles across 外国美女色情片?
I've had several roles during my time at 外国美女色情片, I started off in a Business Readiness role supporting the EMEA Finance team. I moved internally to work on our Global Finance Transformation programme and then two years ago I moved to work in Global Business Operations. All roles are advertised internally and I had open discussions about my career goals with the potential hiring manager and completed the interview process. It's given me the opportunity to continue to move up the career ladder and also to build my network.

What is your passion outside of the office?
I'm a mum of two young girls so that keeps me busy, I love to travel and catch up with friends.
